Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection, quality control, or facilities contract management, preferably on large-scale energy infrastructure or industrial facility projects involving electrical, mechanical, or related systems (Candidates may qualify as experienced tradespersons or as registered Engineers/Architects). Physical ability to see, hear, walk, drive, climb, reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; work in typical construction-site conditions (noise, dust, heights, rough terrain, adverse weather, ladders, roofs, enclosed spaces).
