Responsible for full bid process including: bid advertisement, developing project leads, bid development, subcontractor- vendor solicitation, submittal requirements, project buyouts, cost/revenue-analysis, change orders, bid tabs analysis and assisting in contract administration and project management. Work with the Area Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on the preparation of Post Mortems on projects, for the purpose of learning where costs were underestimated or overestimated, and for the identification of improved revenue allocation.
