D. or equivalent doctoral degree in animal sciences, artificial intelligence, animal breeding, computer science, data science, engineering, genetics, genomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, biotechnology, statistics, applied mathematics, veterinary medicine, or a closely related field by the start date.
