Responsible for safety, supervising company personnel, maintaining positive employee relations, coordinating subcontractor personnel, project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control, selecting and maintaining equipment, documenting work changes and delays, building quality projects according to plans and specifications and maintaining positive client relations, resulting in high customer satisfaction. The physical demands for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Superintendent include the ability to lift and/or move items of various sizes and weights, and move safely about an office and a jobsite environment during all phases of construction, which may require the Superintendent to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or otherwise move safely through small/enclosed spaces.
