Project Controls and Scheduling · Help maintain and drive active project schedules and the company Master Schedule · Build and maintain one- and two-week lookaheads · Coordinate upcoming work with Project Managers, Superintendents/Field Leads, subcontractors, and vendors · Identify schedule conflicts, missing information, delays, and sequencing risks · Confirm completed work and update schedules when field conditions or decisions change Subcontractor, Vendor, and Procurement Coordination · Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, material deliveries, equipment, inspections, access, and logistics · Track procurement and long-lead materials · Follow open commitments through completion and flag missing or unconfirmed dates before they affect production Field Coordination · Review field progress, Daily Project Updates, SiteCam photos, and project documentation · Confirm reported progress aligns with actual field conditions · Identify incomplete work, missing information, and coordination issues · Maintain constant communication with Field Leads, including, but not limited to performing weekly project planning meetings Project Documentation and Follow-Through · Review drawings, specifications, Bluebeam markups, RFIs, and submittals · Track RFIs, submittals, procurement items, change-order follow-up, and project action items · Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates clearly · Follow assigned actions through completion with detail, consistency, and accountability WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT. · 3+ years of commercial construction experience · Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Project Coordinator, or similar construction role · Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and project documents · Working knowledge of commercial construction sequencing and project workflow · Experience with schedules, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and field coordination · Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through and execution · Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or missing commitments · Clear communication, strong organization, and a problem-solving mindset · Desire to grow into a commercial construction Project Manager PREFERRED EXPERIENCE.
