The CQM coordinates with Project Management, Field Engineering, Superintendents, Design Management, Special Inspection Agencies, Testing Laboratories, the Engineer of Record (EOR), subcontractors, and Owner representatives to ensure quality requirements are effectively planned, inspected, documented, and verified throughout construction. The project includes designing and constructing twin 30-foot diameter, 700-foot-long tunnels under the Hudson River, connecting to existing tunnels beneath Hudson Yards, and an access shaft at 12th Avenue, later serving as a ventilation facility.
