The Telehealth Clinical Assistant performs a variety of clinical, patient care, and administrative functions, including facilitating consents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with remote patient care workflows. 1+ years of experience in a medical setting or extensive customer service experience; OR 2 years of experience combined with post-high school education/certification in a medical, health, gender studies, social work, family planning, or related field.
