This position will also be responsible that all paperwork needed by the office is sent in on time, and report any changing condition or related information about the job to the office.Duties<ul><li>Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.</li><li>Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</li><li>Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.</li><li>Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.</li><li>Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for project management and coordination among team members.</li><li>Employ an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during the construction phase.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers on site operations and safety practices.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must have minimum 5 years commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of processes and protocols for successful oversight.</li><li>Familiarity with quality control processes and budgeting practices within the construction industry.</li><li>Proficient in using construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam.</li><li>Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.</li><li>Experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus.</li><li>OSHA10 is required.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional results in the construction industry to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Superintendent. </div></div>

<h2>Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician</h2>Thompson Engineering is seeking qualified Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technicians for multiple locations. This position is responsible for the daily oversight of construction materials testing and inspection activities on active construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
