This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage electrical construction projects from planning through completion</li><li>Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and project schedules</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and daily workflow</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and quality standards</li><li>Communicate project updates, timelines, and progress with management and clients</li><li>Identify and resolve project delays or operational issues quickly</li><li>Oversee job site logistics and ensure efficient project execution</li><li>Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction or related construction industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, inspections, and job site operations</li><li>Journeyman Electrician License preferred</li><li>Valid Texas Driver’s License required</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and fast-paced projects</li><li>Proficiency with project scheduling, reporting, and coordination</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Combination of office and active construction job site environments</li><li>Travel between multiple project sites required</li></ul> How to Apply<ul><li>For immediate consideration, please call our office at 956-664-9675 and ask to speak with Michelle Rodriguez.</li><li>Please submit your resume to McAllenTX@ExpressPros.com and mention this job posting.</li></ul> #McAllen #ProfessionalPandoLogic. Responsibilities Supervise electrical construction and pre-commissioning activities Oversee installation of HV/LV systems, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and cable infrastructure Coordinate energization plans and electrical system turnover to commissioning Ensure compliance with site safety policies and electrical standards</div><div>Review drawings, one-lines, and electrical schematics for accuracy and constructability Manage subcontractors and field crews to meet schedule and quality targets Support testing, troubleshooting, and startup activities Track progress and provide updates to the Commissioning Manager Qualifications 10+ years of electrical field experience in industrial construction or commissioning Experience with power distribution systems in heavy industrial environments Strong understanding of commissioning and system turnover processes</div>
