</li><li>Moving materials, tools, and equipment around the job site safely.
</li><li>Performing cleanup duties such as sweeping, debris removal, and organizing tools and materials.
</li><li>Supporting team members in completing construction tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
</li></ul> What You'll Bring 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
</li><li>Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
</li><li>Physical strength and endurance to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
</li><li>Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required.
