ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Design/layout process Develop Task Planners Understand and develop a project approach to profitability Attended regular Job site meetings with GC, Owner, and Design Team Attend progress meetings with MM management Read and understand all project requirements including project contracts and subcontracts Ensure the field team understands the project scope and specifications Create and manage detailed plans and schedule, field project schedule and manpower loader Set and manage expectations for field staff Work with project site field leaders to maintain the project schedule Provide PM with QTYs for major material items and buyouts Create a prefab plan.
