Responsible for construction-related activities on projects such as: effective communication with project team, construction methods and constructability, ensure all material is verified for fitness for purpose, contract compliance, contractor requested changes, contractor liaison with Operations and Measurement, schedule progress and cost reporting, contractor performance, construction safety and quality, construction documentation and record keeping, cleanup and project closeout. Summary: The role of Construction Manager (CM) within the Energy Transfer, E&C Department involves overseeing the construction of capital projects, which include pipelines and midstream facilities such as, but not limited to, measurement stations, crude terminals, storage facilities, pump stations, compressor stations, dehydration facilities, and processing facilities.
