Cleanroom build-out is a system-of-systems rather than a single trade package, spanning the architectural envelope, mechanical and air management systems, and specialty cleanroom components serving the Phase 1 Fab: raised metal floor (RMF), furred, framed, studless and softwall assemblies, ceiling grid and suspension, fan filter units (FFUs), ULPA and AMC filtration, plenum barrier, ionization, pressurization, cleanroom specialties, and material handling interfaces. Oversee installation of the ceiling system (grid structure, suspension, seismic bracing, lighting, access systems), FFUs, ULPA and AMC filters, ionization systems, the plenum barrier system, raised metal floor components (panels, pedestals, stringers, bracing), and cleanroom wall systems including doors, glazing, fire-rated construction, and pass-throughs.
