Coordinates with project managers, controllers, and other project members to ensure consistency across the portfolio; Maintains integrated master schedules for multi-project visibility; and aligns schedules with resource plans, cost forecasts, and overall project baselines. They inform related financial analyses and WBS to support the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting of project completion for projects by providing critical information and insight to Project Controllers, Project Managers and EPMO leadership.
