As a Superintendent, you will: Plan and supervise craft activities – includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material, tools & equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Responsible for coaching field supervision on planning and scheduling methods; project reporting methods to include time and payroll information, identification of material requirements, control monitoring and reporting of labor performance .
