Apply now to become part of our team and immerse yourself in a world of extraordinary opportunities! Role and Responsibilities:As a Assistant Field Supervisor/Superintendent, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and Superintendent, and be responsible for overseeing the management and allocation of non-personnel facility assets, including vehicles, equipment, tool and test equipment (T&TE), and materials. The Assistant Field Supervisor ensures proper staging and cleaning of vehicles, reporting lost or damaged equipment on a daily basis. <ul><li>Maintains the facility's fleet of vehicles, and stages/loads company vehicles for next day's scheduled projects.</li><li>Oversees equipment inventory management and maintenance, cleans/organizes warehouse at the end of each day.</li><li>Assist in supervising field operations, including insulation, rodent control, and crawl space restoration.</li><li>Support training and supervision of crews, ensuring quality and safety standards are achieved.</li><li>Operate as crew safety manager and conduct regular site audits.</li><li>Handle customer service requests</li><li>Verify daily logs, scheduling, and reporting accuracy.</li><li>Ensures Compliance with Safety Regulations.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in management, in home improvement or construction in general.</li><li>Must have field experience handling/leading installation projects.</li><li>Be able to crawl into attic and crawl spaces to conduct physical tasks. </li><li>Proven experience in supervising a small team of staff, including training and overseeing their daily tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with managing and maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.</li><li>Ability to meticulously document and track issues or concerns regarding materials or equipment and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.</li><li>Effective communication skills for reporting lost or damaged equipment and coordinating with other departments.</li><li style="font-weight:bold">Valid Driving License with clean record</li></ul> Perks and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay rate with potential bonus</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days)</li><li>401(k) retirement plan (after 90 days)</li><li>Company-issued uniform, tools, equipment and protective gear</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within the company</li></ul> Interview Process:<ol><li>Initial Video Interview with Recruiter</li><li>In-person interview with Operation Manager and CEO.</li></ol> Details:Job Type: Full-time onsite, notremoteWork hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 6:30am - 5pmSalary Pay Range: $68,000 - $80,000/yrPay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit Elevate your career with Attic Projects, where opportunities soar, success reflects!<div class="content-conclusion"><div> </div><div>Applying for this position does not require you to meet every single expectation listed.
