The Sales Estimator’s primary responsibility is to maximize the long-term success of Nucor by efficiently performing accurate joist & deck takeoffs to create high-quality sales proposals, while also effectively communicating with engineers, customers, and teammates to develop value-added solutions. Starting compensation for this role ranges from $22.72 to $35.24 per hour and is eligible to earn a monthly commission based on division sold tons, and is also eligible for our annual corporate earned Profit Sharing bonus.
