Any combination of education and/or work experience that demonstrates competency in: •Interpersonal Skills:Shows understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, concern, and politeness to others; develops and maintains effective relationships with others; may include effectively working with individuals who are difficult, hostile, or distressed; relates well to people from varied backgrounds and different situations; is sensitive to cultural diversity, race, gender, disabilities, and other individual differences, effectively communicates and works with coworkers as team members. You will determine program eligibility, guide clients in creating Maine Job Link accounts, enroll participants in the program, refer both businesses and job seekers to the Maine Apprenticeship program, coordinate with training providers, issue vouchers, and process invoices for tuition, fees, books, and support services.
