Monitoring and reporting in accordance with facility Greenhouse Gas (GHG) permit and associated federal regulations (40 CFR Parts 98 and 99)On-Call rotation duties Identify potential use of TCEQ Permit By Rule (PBR) and/or LDEQ equivalent regulations permit as needed. Responsible for the compliance testing of all equipment required by facility air permits to include coordination with testing contractor(s), regulating agency(ies) and the submission of pre and post test agency submissions.
