The mission of the Project Management & Consulting Team is to assist Kaweah Health's Executive Team, broader leadership team, and the Board of Directors by assessing strategic opportunities, identifying potential quality, patient experience, efficiency, or financial improvement outcomes to prioritize projects, developing project plans, and implementing sustainable solutions and process improvements to drive change. Reviews and approves projects for the Project Management & Consulting Team ("Team"), including assignment of projects, participating and completing projects and provides leadership, mentorship, oversight, guidance and support.
