The Valuation Services Manager will play a highly visible role on RSM's Valuation Services consulting team, taking primary responsibility for complex business valuation engagements across financial reporting, tax reporting, transactions, strategic planning, and other advisory purposes. Preferred Qualifications: Well-rounded experience leading valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, transaction advisory, and audit support purposes, including business combinations, impairment analyses, stock-based compensation, portfolio valuations, and complex investment positions.
