Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.</li><li>At least two years of related experience required.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.</li><li>Ability to accurately work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to report project details to Accounting Management</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts with customers diplomatically.</li><li>Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.</li><li>Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.</li><li>Experience working with financial software and ERP systems, Viewpoint Vista preferred.
