You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that values your input, respects your expertise, and gives you the tools to succeed, plus a leadership team that truly believes in work-life balance and doing things the right way.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Manage a book of small and middle-market commercial accounts, including property, contractors, restaurants, and BOPs</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling renewals, policy changes, certificates, and day-to-day servicing</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters</li><li>Market and remarket accounts as needed to ensure best coverage and pricing</li><li>Collaborate with producers and leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality service</li><li>Use HawkSoft to manage documentation, workflows, and account activity</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience in an agency setting</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier guidelines</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills</li><li>A genuine passion for helping clients and solving problems</li><li>Experience with HawkSoft a strong plus</li><li>Active MA P&C License required</li></ul>What’s In It for You<ul><li>Competitive base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus bonus opportunities</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, and more)</li><li>Family-oriented culture where your work truly matters</li><li>Stable, reputable agency with decades of growth and client loyalty</li><li>Opportunity to work alongside industry professionals who value service, not sales quotas</li></ul>
