Position Summary The Account Manager (Promotional Products) will work with an established business-to-business customer base while reaching out to prior customers and warm leads to increase sales. The Account Manager is responsible for escorting a job from the initial customer contact through design, production, and delivery.  In a typical day, the account manager will utilize email, teleconference, and telephone to work with customers, graphic design contractors, promo vendors, the account coordinator, and the accounting team.  The Account Manager (Promotional Products) is primarily responsible for working with customers in the higher education arena, including their affiliated foundations, health systems, and alumni associations.  They utilize client brand standards during product ideation to ensure that product colors, graphic design, and product sourcing comply with all applicable guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px">Develop and/or maintain relationships with current and potential customers.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Grow business by encouraging current customers to use Brandscape services outside their current scope of work.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Assist with bids on RFPs.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Accurately communicate customer needs to outside vendors.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Assist customers in designing products that are efficient to produce and, if applicable, avoid high costs when shipped to individual homes. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Support other account managers when their normal sales occasionally include licensing.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Actively follow jobs through production until completion and follow up with the customer when the job is complete.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required<ul><li style="border:none;margin-left:8px">Aged eighteen (18) or over</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing</li><li style="border:none;margin-left:8px">Highly proficient in Windows based computer applications.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Proficient in Google Workspace, including Drive, Voice, Meet, Docs, and Sheets</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Able to bring creative recommendations to clients in areas that increase sales</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li style="border:none;margin-left:8px">Knowledge of ASI, PPAI and Sage</li><li style="border:none;margin-left:8px">Knowledge of Company Stores and Inventory Management</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Experience in selling promotional products.</li></ul>Physical Demands and Work Environment  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Ideal candidates bring extensive construction experience, functional leadership of project or task teams, and evidence of progressive career development.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:Serve as a primary client-facing manager delivering technical work products and on-site representation while coordinating documentation, cost control, and time management. Lead the project’s technical effort, provide guidance to the team, and coordinate with project entities to meet schedule and budget targets. Act as a key liaison between the owner and general contractors on specialized, multi-disciplined projects and support decision-making through well-founded recommendations. Represent MBP with professionalism in meetings and client interactions while supporting strategic objectives across assignments. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Coordinate and track multiple project activities on concurrent projects and determine staffing requirements to support adequate coverage.</li><li>Liaise between the Owner and General Contractors on specialized, multi-disciplined construction projects, including job site construction inspection.</li><li>Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and manage multi‑disciplinary work efforts; oversee validation of products and materials ordered for projects to verify conformance to specifications.</li><li>Monitor and assess construction performance and record construction activities to verify compliance with construction documentation requirements.</li><li>Inspect work in progress to verify that methods, materials, and equipment conform to approved standards.</li><li>Maintain project documentation by reviewing Construction Inspectors’ daily status reports; chart progress of contract schedules via scheduled meetings; review and coordinate shop drawing submittals; process and facilitate incorporation of RFIs; review contractor change orders, make recommendations, and incorporate approved changes into the project record.</li><li>Facilitate regularly scheduled construction meetings.</li><li>Assist in training and provide technical guidance to Construction Inspectors.</li><li>Review punch lists submitted by others and verify completion and correction of items prior to recommending substantial completion to the Owner.</li><li>Maintain a perspective overview of federal, state, and local laws regulating construction procedures, safety practices, and working conditions.</li><li>Work closely with the Branch Safety Officer to facilitate a high level of safety around the work site.</li><li>Investigate complaints from landowners related to conflicts between construction and right‑of‑way agreements.</li><li>Provide customer service and professional etiquette to the traveling public, adjacent property owners, and other project stakeholders.</li><li>Perform administrative duties including daily timesheet, monthly expense report, and monthly mileage report.</li><li>Support business development, including leadership in short‑list presentation efforts.</li><li>Conduct personnel management activities including performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary matters, and review/approval of timesheets, time‑off requests, mileage, and expense reports.</li><li>Maintain certifications and re‑certifications.</li><li>Actively participate in company activities, including branch and company meetings. </li></ul> Who We Are Looking ForExperience:<ul><li>Extensive construction experience including functional leadership of project or task teams for a construction manager, contractor, owner, developer, or designer.</li><li>Evidence of progressive career development.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
