He or she develops spreadsheets, presentations, and completes required reports; reviews files, maintains tracking logs, and ensures documentation necessary for complete loan files is obtained, updated, complete, and accurate; follows up with lending officers to ensure documentation is received and loan files are complete; and assists agricultural inspector with compiling lists of all required agricultural inspections and follows up to ensure completion. The Credit Administration Specialist is responsible for providing in-depth support to the credit administration department including the Vice President Credit Administration Officer and the Vice President Credit Quality Manager.
