Provides overall management direction to one or more projects, establishes project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with clients, and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent, as well as mentoring Project Engineers. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, customers/owners, and/or boards of directors.
