Proactively identify and engage target B2B accounts, including HOAs, property managers, contractors, builders, and real estate professionals • Build long-term trust-based relationships that generate recurring and referral-driven opportunities • Represent August Roofing & Solar at HOA meetings, networking events, industry functions, and community gatherings • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and partners. • Proven experience in B2B business development, relationship-based sales, or partnerships • Experience with property management, HOAs, construction, or real estate strongly preferred • Strong networking, communication, and follow-up skills • Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person meetings, and event-driven lead generation • Highly self-directed with excellent time management and organization • CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred.
