As a Facility Services Account Executive, you will focus on building direct partnerships with facility managers, property managers, plant managers, and owners to identify, sell, and manage facility maintenance and improvement work. Unlike traditional construction project management focused primarily on general contractors, this role is centered around direct-to-owner relationships, repeat business, responsiveness, and becoming a trusted partner for ongoing facility needs.
