**Job Description**
 
AECOM is seeking an experienced **Utility Coordinator** to support roadway and infrastructure projects for the **South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT)** and local agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of utility identification, conflict analysis, relocation design, and documentation in accordance with **SCDOT Utility Coordination Guidelines** , **Federal regulations** , and local requirements.
 
This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all utility conflicts are resolved in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner, supporting the delivery of roadway and bridge improvement projects across the state.
 
**Key Responsibilities**
 
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between SCDOT, utility owners, consultants, and contractors for utility coordination efforts.
 
+ Review **SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering)** data, utility as-built drawings, and survey information to identify existing utilities and potential conflicts.
 
+ Prepare and maintain **Utility Coordination Reports (UCRs)** , **Utility Relocation Reports (URRs)** , and other documentation per SCDOT standards.
 
+ Coordinate with internal design teams to incorporate utility information and conflict resolutions into roadway and bridge plans.
 
+ Lead or assist in utility coordination meetings with owners, design staff, and SCDOT representatives.
 
+ Develop and review **Utility Relocation Plans** , agreements, and estimates for inclusion in final right-of-way (ROW) and construction plan submittals.
 
+ Track relocation schedules, manage correspondence, and maintain documentation throughout all project phases.
 
+ Ensure compliance with **SCDOT’s Utility Accommodation Manual** , **Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)** regulations, and **SC Code of Laws Title 57** .
 
+ Support right-of-way coordination efforts and assist in identifying impacts to utilities and property owners.
 
+ Provide input on utility-related design solutions and assist in conflict mitigation planning.

+ Primarily office-based with occasional field visits for utility identification or coordination meetings.
 
+ Typical 40-hour work week; additional hours may be required for project deadlines.

CCMS & Associates is seeking experienced Auto and Heavy Equipment Appraisers to join our independent adjuster and appraiser roster. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will play a critical role in assessing damages, estimating repair costs, and delivering high-quality appraisals for auto and heavy equipment claims. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Conduct field inspections and appraisals of automobiles, commercial trucks, construction equipment, and specialty vehicles to assess damage.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using industry-standard software (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, or comparable systems).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Evaluate repair costs, total loss assessments, and salvage values in compliance with carrier guidelines.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Communicate effectively with adjusters, insurers, and repair facilities to ensure seamless claims processing.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions with policyholders and industry partners.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain an independent contractor status while meeting CCMS & Associates' quality standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure timely submission of comprehensive reports, and maintain compliance with client and industry standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto and/or heavy equipment appraisals.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proficient in estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, or equivalent.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong understanding of insurance policies, claim processes, and industry regulations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Valid adjuster or appraiser license in applicable states.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to inspection locations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for claim documentation and reporting.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">I-CAR, ASE, or other relevant industry certifications.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience appraising commercial trucks, construction, agricultural, and specialty equipment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Background in mechanical failure assessments or diminished value claims.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus).</li></ul>Why Join CCMS & Associates?<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Access to a diverse portfolio of claims from leading insurance carriers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Competitive fee schedules and flexible workload.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Support from a dedicated claims management team.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Opportunity to work with an established leader in multi-line claims and appraisals.</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
