As a Field Inspector covering Madison County, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions.<ul><li>Autonomy: You manage your own routing, schedule, and territory.</li><li>Efficiency: Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site.</li><li>Consistency: Enjoy stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county.</li></ul><h3>Workflow & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.</li><li>Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.</li><li>Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.</li></ul>Note: This role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in your assigned territory. This territory covers a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops. A fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads are especially valuable.<h3>Requirements</h3>As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, including:<ul><li>Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.</li><li>Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.</li><li>Computer with an internet connection and a printer.</li><li>Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.</li><li>Ability to pass a standard background check.</li></ul><h3>Earnings & Volume</h3><ul><li>Flat-Rate Pay: This is a 1099 position where you are paid a set fee for every inspection completed.</li><li>Earning Potential: While pay is per-inspection, efficient contractors typically earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour.</li><li>Volume: Rates and inspection volume vary by county. Our employees also have multiple opportunities for recognition through our Safety & Risk Program as well as our Customer Satisfaction Program.The Flooring Estimator's main focus is to support the Regional Sales Manager in marketing our polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial and industrial markets. The successful candidate will also have sales and/or estimating experience, preferably in the flooring industry. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings</li><li>New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstration</li><li>Measure floors and estimate the amount of material and labor needed</li><li>Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers</li><li>Occasional overnight travel</li><li>Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required</li><li>The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment</li><li>Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts are needed for success in this position</li><li>College degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required</li><li>18 years of age or older</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test</li></ul>QuestMark / CentiMark provides a positive work environment with challenging career opportunities.
