 Seek Now is searching for capable 1099 independent sub-contractors to provide accurate, impartial, and complete home and commercial property inspections.</p><p>Our 1099 Field Inspectors are the frontline experts who assist and collect data for our clients in the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate sectors. <br/><br/>

Should have the ability to direct less experienced apprentices. Immediate Start.<br/><br/><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Performs all electrical tasks with general supervision.</li><li>Has the ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings, terminate cables, and install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings.</li><li>Clearly understands and complies with Company/Job Safety Requirements. (O.S.H.A.).</li><li>Has the ability to read blueprints, terminate cable, install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings.</li><li>Able to demonstrate experience factors exceeding an electrical helper and must be sufficient on rough-in work.</li><li>Must be able to report to assigned Job site location on time as directed.</li><li>Maintains and properly stores tools and equipment.</li><li>Proper use and Safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Accurately organizes materials and tools in order to maintain a clean and neat work area.</li><li>Accurately / timely troubleshoots control wiring.</li><li>The job requires an employee to have required hand tools with them at all times while at the worksite.
