Technical SEO Management <ul><li>Conduct comprehensive technical audits across primary domain and 200+ school subdomains </li></ul> <ul><li>Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies </li></ul> <ul><li>Manage crawl budget optimization and indexation strategies for large-scale multi-site networks </li></ul> <ul><li>Implement and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and structured data markup </li></ul> <ul><li>Monitor and resolve Core Web Vitals issues, page speed optimization, and mobile usability </li></ul> <ul><li>Coordinate with development teams on SEO-friendly website migrations and updates </li></ul> <ul><li>Set up and maintain SEO monitoring tools and automated reporting systems </li></ul> On-Page Optimization <ul><li>Develop and implement content optimization strategies for educational content </li></ul> <ul><li>Create and maintain SEO guidelines for content creators across multiple school sites </li></ul> <ul><li>Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking at scale </li></ul> <ul><li>Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for education sector </li></ul> <ul><li>Implement local SEO strategies for individual school locations </li></ul> <ul><li>Optimize content for education-specific search intents and user journeys </li></ul> Multi-Site Management <ul><li>Establish SEO protocols and standards across subdomain network </li></ul> <ul><li>Create scalable processes for new school site launches </li></ul> <ul><li>Monitor cross-domain canonical issues and duplicate content management </li></ul> <ul><li>Implement consistent tracking and analytics setup across all properties </li></ul> <ul><li>Coordinate SEO efforts between central platform and individual school needs </li></ul> Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
