KNK Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Care Aide Contractor to meet the needs of our client in the Dayton, Ohio area. Targeted Pay Range: Pay:  $15hr. to $20hr. (1099 contractor pay, varies with skills, education, and experience) Schedule: Flexible hours to fit your life and the needs of our clients cherished patients. Choose from Day Shifts (8am to 4 pm) or Evening Shifts (4pm to 10pm). Available based on your schedule and patient needs. As a Home Health Care Aide Contractor, you will provide hands-on care, monitor changes, and maintain the environment for the clients daily comfort. Youll be the eyes and ears on the front line. Your role is not just about healthcare; it's about honoring the lives and stories of those you care for, ensuring they feel valued and cherished. What You'll Do:<ul><li>Follow the Care Receivers plan of care (a document created by the healthcare team that outlines the clients care receivers specific needs, goals, and authorized tasks. 
	</li><li>Provide personal care assistance (help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing)
	</li><li>Encourage and enable the clients care receivers to perform as many tasks as safely possible, promoting independence and dignity
	</li><li>Assists with walking, using mobility aids (example, canes, walkers, wheelchairs), and transferring from bed to chair.
	</li><li>Provide a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundering linens, and organizing
	</li><li>Prepare simple, nutritious meals in line with dietary guidelines from the plan of care.
	</li><li>Monitor vital signs (if trained and assigned). Note any changes in the clients care receivers condition, and communicate observations to the supervising nurse or case manager. 
	</li><li>Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
	</li><li>Be attentive to the clients emotional well-being and share any concerns with the team.
</li></ul> What We're Looking For:<ul><li>A heart full of compassion and a readiness to make a difference
	</li><li>Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Cincinnati and/or Dayton areas
	</li><li>Availability to work in patients' homes. Previous home health care experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks.
	</li><li>Prefer a High School Diploma or GED educational background
	</li><li>A personal understanding of how impactful compassionate care can be to the wellbeing of others

KNK Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Care Registered Nurse Contractor to meet the needs of our client in the Dayton, Ohio area. Targeted Pay Range:$40hr. to- $50hr. plus reimbursement for travel mileage, case management time, administrative time, and miscellaneous. (1099 contractor pay, varies with nursing licensure, education, certifications, skills and experience) Schedules Available: 3 to 4  hours per day (Shift 9 am to 12:00 pm)  4 days a week (Monday to Friday). 3 to 4 hours per day (Shift 1pm to 4pm)  5 days a week (Monday to Friday). 3 to 4 hours per day (Shift 6pm to 10pm) (Monday to Friday). 3 to 4 hours per day (Mornings or Afternoons or Evenings) Saturday & Sunday.  Why You'll Love Working with Our Client:<ul><li>They provide the technology you need, including a cell phone, laptop, and scanners
