This role interprets and applies applicable federal Davis-Bacon, state prevailing wage, apprenticeship, skilled/trained workforce, owner, and project-specific requirements; assesses compliance risk; determines required corrective action; and partners with project teams, regional leadership, subcontractors/lower-tier subcontractors, and internal payroll team members to support compliant project execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Administer labor compliance setup for new federal and state certified payroll/public works projects, including required project setup in labor compliance platforms (LCP Tracker), collection of startup documentation, onboarding forms, attestations, signatory documentation, fringe-related forms, apprenticeship documentation, and other project/owner-required records.*
