<h3>Job Description:</h3>Saab, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). This role manages, directs, and develops security programs and procedures that support contractually imposed Special Access Program (SAP) requirements in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1–4, ICD 705, and 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule).The CPSO will collaborate closely with government security offices, internal program teams, and partner security officers to ensure compliant, effective, and mission-focused security operations. This position is ideal for security professionals who thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex security challenges.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Ability to travel 5 - 10% (typically 1 - 2 trips per year).</li></ul>​Program Security Management<ul><li>Implement and manage SAP security programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICD 705, and customer-specific directives.</li><li>Develop, update, and maintain program SOPs, security plans, Program Protection Plans, PPPs, emergency action plans, and classification guidance.</li><li>Prepare for and manage government inspections and internal self-inspections.</li><li>Review program requirements and system documentation to ensure security requirements are incorporated into program execution.</li></ul>Personnel Security (PERSEC)<ul><li>Process PARs, prescreening questionnaires, briefings, refresher trainings, and debriefings.</li><li>Maintain personnel security records using DISS, SIMS, JADE, and other required tools.</li><li>Maintain and update access rosters and process incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications.</li><li>Manage indoctrinations, eligibility determinations, and access tracking across multiple programs.</li></ul>Facility & Physical Security<ul><li>Oversee SAPF operations, including access control, entry procedures, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and physical configuration management.</li><li>Partner with physical security to ensure proper operation and maintenance of access control and alarm systems.</li><li>Develop and maintain Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and all accreditation documentation for classified work areas.</li><li>Apply ICD 705 standards to facility upgrades and new construction projects.</li></ul>Information & Material Security<ul><li>Coordinate with IT and ISSO teams to ensure the secure operation of classified systems and media.</li><li>Maintain accountability for classified materials, including inventories, receipts, transmissions, and destruction records.</li><li>Ensure classified materials are marked, stored, and controlled in accordance with program and contractual requirements.</li></ul>Administrative & Customer Support<ul><li>Maintain organized filing systems, logs, tracking lists, and secure program areas.</li><li>Respond to customer walk-ins and provide ad hoc security support as needed.</li><li>Support program meetings, staff meetings, and teleconferences.</li><li>Establish positive, solution-focused working relationships with internal program teams and government PSRs and PSOs.</li><li>Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers while fostering a highly collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Education & Training<ul><li>Develop, update, deliver, and track initial, event-driven, and annual SAP security education, training, and awareness.</li><li>Interpret and implement classification guidance.</li></ul>Incident Management<ul><li>Investigate, document, and report security incidents or violations.</li><li>Recommend corrective actions and maintain communication with leadership and government security authorities.</li></ul>Compensation Range: $101,600 - $132,000#CJThe compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.<h3>Skills and Experience:</h3>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, and SAP indoctrination eligibility.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a CPSO/ACPSO supporting SAP programs, with the remaining years in a supporting security discipline.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of: DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1–4, ICD 705 and SAPF construction/accreditation requirements, DoD, IC, and customer SAP policies.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing government inspections and audits.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s degree or other advanced degree in a related field.</li><li>Special Program Security Credential (SPSC) Certification.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting SAPF construction or facility modifications.</li><li>Familiarity with the ICD 705 Technical Specifications.</li><li>Experience with Program Protection, OPSEC, and insider threat integration.</li></ul>Citizenship Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizen. Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Customer Service Hours: Tuesday thru Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM, Saturday 10AM-4:30PM, 40hrs/week Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00/hr, plus incentives Assists the Community Manager in leasing and selling the products and services of the property by combining customer service, marketing, sales, and building excellent professional relationships with guests and residents with a focus on retention, by performing the following duties: Duties & Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Functions are numbered in the list below. Non-Essential Duties may also be listed if appropriate for the position description. 1. Sell property’s products and services to prospects. Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases - close the sale. 2. Prepare lease-related paperwork and ensure it is complete according to property policies and procedures. Explain lease documents to residents, when necessary. Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files. Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies. 3. Develop and maintain effective customer service skills, including telephone and personal sales skills. Maintain professional, customer oriented communication (verbal and written) for all contacts with new and existing residents. 4. Collect for presentation to Community Manager information required to qualify, screen and accept applicants for residence while following established policies, procedures and Fair Housing requirements. 5. Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data and assist with other data entry as needed. 6. Quickly completes maintenance service requests and informs the maintenance team. Answer questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc. Follow-up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. 7. Ensure leasing office, tour path, model and/or vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal is pleasing to all 5 senses and is impeccably clean, if necessary spot cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. 8. Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property. 9. M aintain customer service standards by; greeting prospects, responding to resident requests, working with residents to minimize problems and complaints, delivering gifts, inspecting units for move-in, and following through to ensure that issues are resolved. 10. As assigned, properly open and/or close leasing office according to property guidelines. 11. Be vigilant of property condition in consideration of issues affecting curb appeal and safety. Immediately report to Community Manager any physical condition of the property that jeopardizes safety or is otherwise needing repair. 12. Be attentive of contractors performing work on property and report any unsafe or inappropriate observations to supervisor. Similarly, report activities by any parties that seem inappropriate or questionable to you. 13. Attend and participate in sales, customer service, and other training programs to maintain personal skill level. Responsible for assisting Community Manager in the collection of delinquent rents and lease renewals. Assist in planning resident functions. Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Community Manager. Other duties as necessary or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this position successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience (minimum required to enter the position): A high school level or equivalent is required. No previous property management experience is required. Experience varies given the property size and type and may vary within a position at a given property. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Ability to withstand all weather conditions, including temperatures in excess of 90 degrees or below 32 degrees. Equipment Used: This position may require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle around the property and on short errands. Ability to drive a vehicle without jeopardizing the safety of residents and fellow associates. May require individual to wear company specified uniform and any necessary personal protective equipment (PPE.) If a uniform is not issued, the property may require a higher dress standard for its sales professionals. Requires the use of general office equipment including but not limited to; computers, copy machines, telephones, cellular phones and safety equipment.
