Job Title: Retail MerchandiserJob Type: Independent Contractor Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)Expected Hours: Varies, Project-Based Job Overview:Winston Retail <a href="https://www.winstonretail.com" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.winstonretail.com</a> is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Merchandiser.  You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards </li><li>Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings</li><li>Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability</li><li>Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device</li><li>Smartphones are required for reporting: - IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer- Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest</li><li>Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift</li></ul>
