<div>What You Will Do<ul><li>Improve safety through identifying hazards and supporting safer work practices.</li><li>Reducing cost by analyzing processes and recommending cost-saving measures.</li><li>Increasing throughput by optimizing workflows and minimizing production bottlenecks.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle to structure and validate improvements.</li><li>Applying continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.</li><li>Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. As a components plant, we process raw lead into grids that will be installed into batteries at another Clarios site.
