He/she verifies metering accuracy; engineers/designs, and connections to BAS systems like Delta Controls, JCI, Siemens and ALC; and coordinates the installation of various chilled water, steam, and water meters to collect energy usage in the Skyspark/Finstack AiM ESP Enterprise Database on time intervals The incumbent works closely with the Maintenance Manager, to ensure meters report daily and timely for utility and energy meter reports. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Engineering Technician II described herein tests, installs, calibrates, and maintains chilled water and steam revenue meters to ensure accurate functioning/reporting for the current annual $32.5 million operation in these two utilities services.
