The employee must be able to: regularly lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 125 pounds through team lifting; work shifts of at least 8-10 hours, and occasionally longer, for 5-6 days eachweek; stand for prolonged periods; and . Periodically complete lab assistant duties such as building wood bucks, installing products into wood bucks, helping run prototype units, running the test wall or putting drawings together for product revisions.
