Physical - Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; make repetitive hand movement and fine coordination in the performance of daily duties; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. + Review systems with each of the trades to test/troubleshoot/start-up any specialty systems such as smoke control or smoke evacuation, stairwell pressurization systems, operating room smoke control systems, fuel delivery systems for multiple generators, reverse osmosis or demineralized water systems, clean rooms, positive or negatively pressure rooms etc.
