BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors.  Position Summary BB&E is currently looking for a Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician to support the NAVFAC Southeast (SE) Headquarters, Public Works Departments (PWD) and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC).
