Supervises the maintenance and repair of all operations and production equipment including all packaging machinery, capsule manufacturing, processing equipment, warehouse and order fulfillment equipment (including conveyors, lift trucks, and other material handling equipment), process HVAC systems, and other ancillary systems (including compressed air and dust collection units). Frequently exposed to all the FDA designated major food allergens (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), Tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans) except for peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans, Sesame.
