The EI team will aid in the preparation of the Environmental Weekly Report to include reporting of the problems encountered, contractor nonconformance/ deficiency logs, and each instance of noncompliance observed by the EI during the reporting period (both for the conditions imposed by the FERC and environmental conditions/permit requirements imposed by other federal, state, or local agencies). The EIs will include in their reports a description of the corrective and remedial actions implemented in response to instances of noncompliance, nonconformance, or deficiency; the effectiveness of corrective and remedial actions implemented; a description of any landowner/resident complaints which may relate to compliance with the requirements of the order, and the measures taken to satisfy their concerns.
