The Newhall Yard is the site for the launch facility for the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and will also house all the required facilities for operations during construction of the tunnel, including the pre-cast tunnel lining production facility, grout plant, electrical distribution, substations, and muck away infrastructure.
