As the Facilities Supervisor at Starbase Village-SpaceX's vibrant, self-contained community supporting Starship operations-you will oversee nearly 1,000 bed units of mixed housing (from family homes to single-unit hotels), as well as large-scale amenities like schools, hotels, apartments, recreation centers, restaurants, and bars. Lead a high-performing team handling all facilities operations-including general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, landscaping, waste management, and site improvements-to deliver zero unplanned disruptions for 1,000+ residents and critical Starship operations .
