<h3>Job Description:</h3>Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Depot Specialist to join our team supporting defense products and systems deployed worldwide. The Senior Depot Specialist will provide responsive support for hardware and information needs to customers and Saab colleagues, maintain inventory and related records, coordinate vendor repairs for parts and equipment, communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding support status and repairs, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, professional support to our customers.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess significant experience supporting defense systems. This hands-on role requires extensive travel, sometimes on short notice, with assignments lasting longer than two months. Candidates must be able to work effectively in demanding operational environments, both independently and as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced defense technologies and contribute directly to mission success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Work at remote depot facilities approximately 75% of the time.</li><li>Receive, process, ship, and control inventory of Saab-owned and Government or Customer-owned parts and equipment.</li><li>Communicate with repair vendors to support timely repair and return of equipment.</li><li>Replenish inventory through Saab purchasing systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to inventory, parts processing, financial transactions, and repair status.</li><li>Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.</li><li>Establish and manage depot operations at new locations.</li></ul>Compensation Range: $34.62 - $43.27 per hour#CJThe compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.<h3>Skills and Experience:</h3>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma required; BA/BS in a technical discipline preferred.</li><li>Must hold an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance or higher.</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.</li><li>Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation.</li><li>Strong military, federal, or defense contractor experience in logistics, property accountability, depot operations, and maintenance support required.</li></ul>The most relevant military specialties include:​<ul><li>Army: 92A (Automated Logistical Specialist), 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist), 91X (Maintenance Supervisor).</li><li>Marine Corps: 3043 (Supply Administration and Operations), 3051 (Warehouse Clerk), 0411 (Maintenance Management Specialist).</li><li>Navy: LS (Logistics Specialist), Supply Corps Officer.</li><li>Air Force: 2S0X1 (Supply Management), 2R0X1 (Maintenance Management Analyst), 2A6X2 (Aerospace Ground Equipment).</li><li>Experience within a military S4, N4, A4, or J4 shop.</li></ul>Highly aligned federal civilian backgrounds include:<ul><li>GS-0346 Logistics Management Specialist.</li><li>Contractor experience in Government Property Administration or Asset Management (GFE, GFP, IUID, FAR 45).</li><li>Experience in depot or warehouse operations.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Forklift experience desirable.</li><li>Must be capable of lifting and moving components weighing up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Must demonstrate reliability, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask and follow up on action items and requests in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Focus on providing quality support and accurate information.</li></ul>Citizenship Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizen. The ideal Podiatrist is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population Podiatrist Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Examining patient legs and feet to diagnose diseases.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Treating foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corn and calluses.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Referring out foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prescribing joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Advising patients on foot care and general wellness practices.</li></ul> Podiatrist Requirements<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Under the direction and supervision of the NYSDOT Engineer-In-Charge, the Senior Construction Inspector will oversee daily work operations of the contractor to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents.

An experienced NICET Level III certified Senior Construction Inspector is needed for a NYSDOT Region 9 construction project in 2026. Under the direction and supervision of the NYSDOT Engineer-In-Charge, the Senior Construction Inspector will oversee daily work operations of the contractor to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents.
