The MedServ Group Podiatrist 1-2 Visits Monthly Part Time Compensation Options: Paid by CPT Code or 35% - 40% of collections ($1100 - $1250 per visit). The MedServ Group is a rapidly growing medical practice that provides residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities with top-of-the-line care. We are currently searching for a talented Podiatrist to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal Podiatrist is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population Podiatrist Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Examining patient legs and feet to diagnose diseases.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Treating foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corn and calluses.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Referring out foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prescribing joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Advising patients on foot care and general wellness practices.</li></ul> Podiatrist Requirements<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Erdman Anthony is a nationally recognized, award-winning engineering consulting firm specializing in transportation engineering services, construction services, facilities engineering and design services, civil engineering services, and geospatial services. Under the direction and supervision of the NYSDOT Engineer-In-Charge, the Senior Construction Inspector will oversee daily work operations of the contractor to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents.

An experienced NICET Level III certified Senior Construction Inspector is needed for a NYSDOT Region 9 construction project in 2026. Under the direction and supervision of the NYSDOT Engineer-In-Charge, the Senior Construction Inspector will oversee daily work operations of the contractor to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents. The Senior Construction Inspector will also oversee the work of other inspectors on the project and assist the Engineer-In-Charge with the administrative duties involved in the coordination of the project. The candidate will be a proactive self-starter and a positive example to others on the job.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee contractors' work to ensure conformance with the contract documents</li><li>Ensure all work follows the NYSDOT Standard Specifications</li><li>Supervise the work of other inspectors</li><li>Verify all materials on-site are from an approved source</li><li>Perform concrete field testing when necessary</li><li>Assure all MURK procedures required by the NYSDOT are followed</li><li>Address field and design changes as necessary</li><li>Prepare Daily Work Reports documenting completed work for payment to contractor</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A valid driver's license is required</li><li>A minimum of 5+ years of construction inspection experience</li><li>NICET Level III Certified or Equivalent based on experience </li><li>Experience completing Daily Work Reports</li><li>Provide a detailed resume highlighting your experience</li></ul> <ul></ul>Join the Erdman Anthony community and help us build our communities!
