Requirements for all Construction Project Managers:<ul><li style="list-style-type:none"><ul><li>Experience with design-build or design-bid-build contracts, AND</li><li>At least 1 year construction experience performed in Alaska or Coastal areas (within 20 miles of the shoreline). (Must show position title held, project location, and description of project), AND</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Project.</li></ul></li><li>Ability to travel 25% of the time within the state of Alaska</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier I / SF-85 background investigation (NACI or equivalent) and meet all HSPD-12 and CAC eligibility requirements for access to Coast Guard or DoD facilities and systems </li></ul> Pay and Benefits At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
