The MedServ Group Podiatrist 1 Visit Monthly Part Time Compensation Options: Paid by CPT Code or 35% - 40% of collections ($1100 - $1250 per visit). The MedServ Group is a rapidly growing medical practice that provides residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities with top-of-the-line care. We are currently searching for a talented Podiatrist to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal Podiatrist is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population Podiatrist Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Examining patient legs and feet to diagnose diseases.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Treating foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corn and calluses.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Referring out foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prescribing joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Advising patients on foot care and general wellness practices.</li></ul> Podiatrist Requirements<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Responsibilities:
Seeking a compassionate Optometrist with a heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities. The Optometric services we provide to the residents of the facilities we serve support our mission of improving quality of life! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.  No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability. We let you focus on providing the care you were trained for, making all clinical decisions, and we focus on the rest!  Why Providers choose 360Care:-Focus on Quality Patient Care-Flexible Scheduling, you pick the days!-Rewarding work with a guaranteed daily rate!-Logistics, Equipment and Administrative Support.  Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Diagnose and treat ocular diseases</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Recommend follow up care and treatments</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions </li></ul> We Provide:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Trained vision tech to assist</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">State of the art portable equipment and supplies<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 55.5pt">Auto-refractor, retinal camera, hand-held slit light, Tonopen</li></ul></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">All scheduling and billing is completed by 360Care</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Laptop for documentation</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 26.5pt">Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director </li></ul>
