EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management - 2-5 years of experience in a superintendent role on construction projects, 5-8 years construction experience - OSHA 30 hour certified - Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Strong technical and communication skills - Strong labor relations with union and non-union engagement - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety and site operations software, and construction management software - Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction - Knowledge in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, cost control and forecasting - Ability to create a "safety first" environment by showing a commitment to Zero Injury principles and sustainability practices Next 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
